At least that's what a team of Princeton researchers proved roughly four years ago

Facebook will lose 80 per cent of users within three years before eventually dying out “like the bubonic plague”, according to US scientists.

A few days ago I talked to an old childhood friend and I was fairly surprised that he wasn't on FB.  While I think the growth curve has leveled out I wouldn't predict it is going to implode anytime soon.

I've lost interest in what little FB I did even with my gutted, special-interest account.  I visit *maybe* once a month just to keep my hand in, but almost never post.  I just don't like the chatter format and find it particularly maddening that it doesn't have a good Active and Unread list.
