Another promising technology, but it is not a "coal mine in reverse"
If it were that, it would suck CO2 out of the air and turn it into solid carbon that you could put in the ground at very high energy cost.

But its neat, one to watch. I hope they get over those 2 technical issues to make it scale.
If it was small scale, it could work in many house in the UK, replacing the boiler. We keep the same gas pipes and gas, but with zero CO2.
Cars could convert to it. LPG to hydrogen.
I am no tech expert on this, but I fear I am getting carried away with its potential.
