Are people still cloaking for googlebot?

I went out on a links hunt to find some affiliates and I was checking for hgh and came across these two sites that look like they are from the same people, same host, registered almost the same time this year, and flog the same products.    hghknowledgebase dot com and hghenvy dot com. 

When using Dixon's site explorer tool at majesticseo both these sites show some serious quality backlinks. 

For example the hghknowledgebase site had backlinks from    http://www.n2h.it    ( multiple pages)  http://www.kennispark.nl  http://www.caricomict4d.org and   http://stallgeriatrics.com

Anyone have any idea how the hell this guy is getting these links yet they aren't showing up in a normal browser?  I want to say well done as he's obviously paying a lot for these links, but they seem to be invisible to the average surfer.

Thanks.  I  briefly looked at source code and didn't see those hidden gems. These guys must be really good as they have a lot of sites ranking high for hgh.  They have to be killing it.
