I have a need for one of those systems that route people depending on choice

Eg

To make a reservation press 1 > redirect
To speak to someone about a maintenance issue etc

Anyone done anything like this in the uk.

We have an awesome service here:
http://www.firmafon.dk/ in Danish language though. Have asked if an English version exists.

I want to have the selection process and thenjust fire in the right direction. Value for money, this is not a big operation really, but needs streamlining.

or try avaya if you want someone to sort things out for you. They used to be really good but haven't dealt with them for ages so I don't know what their prices are like now.
