The title is misleading a bit.  This is a distro that comes bundled with VirtualBox and probably has some prebuilt programs to make it easy to run Windows in VB.   It is not really a side by side setup, was Windows runs inside VB, which runs in the Linux environment.   If you have a powerful enough machine it may indeed feel side by side, but it's more like a nesting doll.
