A thousand years ago here on th3core, we forecast this ...except it was a baby stroller in our example, IIRC.

Just give in to it Heather.

The future of the world is for all manufactured objects to
1. be rented
2. be used for ad space

By 2050, you will not own your dinner plates, but for an additional fee, you will be able to turn off the ads during dinner.

Hacker News has a post that says LG is circumventing pi-hole by putting ads on same server as content.

Everybody who can serve ads from same domain will as it gets harder and harder to serve from 3rd party domains, right?

Yep, just bought a new laser pj. It comes preloaded with netflix, prime, et al. I need or use none of it so it remains offline.
