GA site speed

How reliable are there metrics ?

Just looked at 3 months of data for a UK site hosted on a dedicated (managed) UK server (webfusion) and the quickest loads are Estonia & Bulgaria, with the UK averaging double the load time of Estonia. Could this be GA's own metrics at fault due to where they measure from in Europe ? Alternatively are webfusion pulling a flanker and hosting (and advertising UK dedicated servers) from elsewhere in Europe ?

No. UK traffic is my biggest concern. No interest in Eastern European countries as I've got another site targeting that side of Europe.
