Are they idiots at BOTW?

I am trying to get listed on BOTW local. They accepted the listing just fine. Legit business in business for 20 years. What they also did was locate on the map 200 miles from it's actual location and three attempts to fix it have failed.

These idiots are driving me nuts and they don't have any phone support.

It took me forever to submit my site earlier this year. I think I had to use Internet Explorer because the form just wouldn't submit properly on other browsers. Then it took weeks to get put into the proper category, change my URL back to the version I originally submitted, change my description back to the one I submitted, add the correct URLs to my SNS accounts...as I originally submitted. These guys got my money, then proceeded to act like glorified DMOZ editors on a mission trying to fix my submission...  ???
