Has anyone ever encountered this situation?
I created an Amazon seller account about 3 months ago, but I've been struggling to decide what products to sell, and now there seems to be an issue with my account. Amazon is requesting verification documents, and my account is currently in an INACTIVE state. I don't understand why this is happening because during the account creation process, I provided all the necessary documents during the video call. The biggest issue for me is that I asked my friend to create this account for me, and currently, she is studying abroad, so I can't ask her to help me obtain bank statements.
