Amazon marketplace for food
« on: April 03, 2020, 08:04:38 PM »
I won't pay more for rolled oats than I would pay for a fine cheese (saw some at $19/pound).

It looks like people are going to Trader Joe's and then listing stuff on Amazon. I saw $15 Tetrapak of soup (on box). My friend say Tetrapak milk for $60 for two (i.e. $30/liter). People are clearly finding non-perishable, shippable goods at their local market, adding 300% to 500% markup and listing them on Amazon

Yeah, lots of Kirkland (Costco) flippers there, too.  I know there has been some in health care products in the past, but I hadn't seen food before.
