A user has created a very clever bit of SPAM on Reddit.
He has created a subreddit for all his posts and due to it being his own Sub reddit can style it as he wishes with Reddit's tools. The page renders with one big ad / CTA / clickbait related to his posts, with no other content visible.
The user is pertozzz1 and if you click on any of his posts, you'll see they all go to his own subreddit and show the big overlay to the page.
