I have dropped that idea many years ago. However, this is the season where I want to get in better shape. Just started training again last week.. and now I can hardly walk or stretch my arms.

Jumped on a 30 year, 0.5% fixed rate last year. Pretty happy with that.
Here the 6% fixed 30 year has just opened.

Talked to a guy recently from one of the Danish companies which did a 4 hour work week years ago.
They still love it - both employer and employees.

However, their key to making it work is to close the office completely, informing clients and changing their ways of working when they are in the office. Pomodoro, short concentrated sprints etc.
