>So what do you use for "screen" with that projector Dras? Just a white wall?

We use an actual HT projection screen, silver/gray cloth material snapped onto an aluminum frame.

>The CineHome HT2550 boasts Ultra HD 4K resolution at an entry-level price.

Yeah, that would have been an option but can't wait until 2018.

Thanks again for this, just ordered one of these:

on sale for 1500.

This is a good stop gap until we move so I don't have to reconfig now for a flat panel, and next year I think they will be a good bit better at size.

I think I've heard most of those in the right column described as crappy & don't move here.

Yeah, it is. Why this information is published though, is bewildering.
7  Why We Are Here / Traffic / Re: What tool(s) do you use to find out which queries a site ranks for? on: November 14, 2017, 05:36:37 PM

another one or two but those come to mind first.

Also, pm what report you want and I'll run one for you in semrush.

A fb page would probably work, but might lose some business because of not having an actual site.

Yeah the 80-85" class around 3-3.5k is the sweet spot I was looking for, but I think they need 1 more year of maturity.

I just went looking at PJs and I see some options in the sub 3k section with 4k/hdr finally (been a while since I looked) so I think I'll grab one of those. Thanks for the thread!

Not yet but thinking about getting one this season. Still rocking the 1080p front projector at 110".

You need content for it to matter, which for consumers is primarily uhd blu ray or an xbox1x/ps4pro console.

From what I understand, on a nice set with correct settings, killer content on 4k with hdr is a game changer.

Just wait to see the ones hanging by a thread now who'll get the axe after this shopping season.

Years ago Mom wrote up a living will and made me executor with all kinds of instructions. Gave me banking and investment account authorization and access. It was a grim thing/event for me but glad she did it.

Pops on the other hand....

I've not looked closely at them in a while, but I wouldn't touch it. It will hamstring you in one way or another if not several. I'd get them on a proper platform before starting work.

Same goes for godaddy site builder, weebly, and all these other drag n drop/gui builders. Not SEO friendly.

Reminds me of being an early 20s, very young service manager at a construction equipment dealership.

Being young (youngest SM nationwide, I learned when visiting the factory), I had to be careful not to bark orders and worked my way into the position. This one guy though, no matter how nicely or appropriately I asked, he just wouldn't respond well. I couldn't figure him out despite trying different approaches. Then one day I just lost it at him and he did as told, quickly, and did good work. Seemed to enjoy it, and didn't mind my stance. So, I learned that day to tell Tom to get off his a## and f###ing do X Y Z right effing now. We got along great from then on. He was ex military.

Learned a lot on that job.
