Talk about a blast from the past, I have not heard PageRank mentioned in a long time.  It was actually a good ranking system so long as nobody was trying to game it.  It was a great marketing gimmick for Google too.

SearchHippo had HipRank but it never quite had the appeal for some reason. Heh

Has to be some kind of metric. I mean look at the weighting people give DA.
