PERSONAL BRAND LINKBUILDING STRATEGY

Hello there,
I would like to know if you could help me out with a link building strategy for personal brands in the UK.
I need the sites to be of trust and HQ!
If any of you could have a good site, know someone who can publish in one or can help me in any way it would be very appreciated.
