Somebody posted an image of their robots.txt but it seemed fine. Wonder why they got hit and if it's a bug?

Its hard to think of Google as just a tech company with some automated processes and human beings that get things wrong just as much as any other company.  Given their scale, there must be vast numbers of these incidents every day.

Yeah, I remember years ago a member of the Core had his site banned because he shared a class C with an IP of an aggressive search engine spammer.  He was collateral damage.
