Separate reports say that Florida and Texas are significantly under-reporting cv19 cases. (50% or more)

Both of these states have conservative, anti-science-ish backgrounds, but it occurs to me that they have one other common attribute -no state income taxes.  Let the conspiracy theories begin.

They sure are lighting up on the US Health Weather Map.  Jen's aunt and uncle live in Naples Fl,  I sent them out a warning based on that data a few days ago.
