Every morning as soon as I wake up I check Facebook - in my defence I check for wave reports, as there is a guy who has a restaurant at the beach where I bodyboard and he gives swell/wave height reports. If he reports there might be good waves I then check the local webcam and make the call. If all goes to plan I am in the water by 6:45 :)
If I feel lazy then I just roll over and back to sleep I go ;)

Which reminds me, kudos to DougS and his team - a while ago I spotted on of his 'surveys' that even got column inches in our local free paper - something like '30% of People admit to having affairs at motorway service areas'.
