Supposedly I didn't have time to exercise Wed & Th, but we all know that's just BS unless everything else has already been cut (read news? tv show? Th3 Core?). Just laziness, but precisely because I posted above about being lazy above, I

 - squeezed in a 3-mile run and 40 pullups at lunch on Wed
 - went out in the dark at 5:00am, in a snowstorm, before the plows had been out and ran for 30 minutes in ankle-deep snow (didn't go very far because it was probably very slow).

Anyway, honestly, probably 70% of the motivation for sucking it up and getting out there was not wanting to check back in here at the end of the week and admit to being lazy *again*

Thanks guys!

Finally had a solid week with M-W-F personal training and vball matches on Thurs night. Friday workout was rough but I made it in and eked out something, so 4 total. Doing the same the next 10 weeks is my current goal.

Pumping up quickly and am looking forward to how I'll feel in a couple more weeks as I'm already feeling really good. Actually was able to wear my size 36 pants again today, so my full wardrobe is back! heh.

40 pullups!!!

You're an i7 and i'm a Celeron! My mate has a pullup bar in his, i don't know what to call it, it's a large shed (20 x 10 maybe) with a pool table. I guess it's a pool hall! He can do 12 i can do 6.

I guess we all have different targets, right now i'm burning the beer-fat then i'll concentrate on muscle buildup, will love the day when i can do 40 pulls!

Better bring your own water!

We're skiing a fair bit right now. Visiting my dad and other than one run, just skiing, which is good for the leg strength

0/3 lifting

Pulled something moving furniture last week, so took the opportunity to try a 5 day fasting mimicking diet.

-6 lbs in 5 days, with plenty of hydration. Interesting experiment.

Hopefully regular schedule tomorrow.
