Thats kinda pricey for residential demolition. I guess they had to factor in the, uuhhh, overhead (wink wink) for doing business in D.

Yeah, factoring in something for sure.

Cool photos rooftop, looks like most of those started going downhill by being burned out.

There are so much amazing architecture and history in Detroit.  It makes me sad it is in such a bad state.  It so much of American history.
