There's a certain section of the drive from home to wife's office that always makes me want to own a motocross bike. Of course, it's in the heart of Yosemite Valley, so I can't imagine the fines for actually riding there, but they terrain reminds me of when I was 14 and had a YZ 100.

Short version: Ken, I'm jealous.

Elizabeth - that scooter is you. God I hope you take it to Pubcon. Planning to go this year and would love to see that live.

So I won a GoPro HD Hero 2 on an affiliate competition. I tried it out about 3 weeks into riding on my first trail ride, finally got around to putting a short vid up.

I'm going pretty slow being my first ride, plus I had to keep waiting on the quads.

My current favorite place to ride is a nearby national forest, this video is from Saturday. Cam placement is better on the helmet.

Nice!  Where is that?  Is it just for bikes?  I Can't think of anywhere to ride like that (UK) where I wouldn't run into a man and a dog.

It's an OHV (Off highway vehicle - dirt bikes and quads up to 50" wide) Trail system. Upper SC, about 45 mins from me.
