On the one hand, that's great.
On the other, we better really get going on concrete that has a lower CO2 footprint if we're going build all the housing stock this way.
Also, I wonder about the insulation. It looks like the concrete is sort of an envelope that is filled with something (foam?).
Finally, the walls tend to be the easy part, especially on a single-story house. Once you have a flat slab, the walls go up in a few days with a competent crew.
