Alexander Lukashenko become a two-time winner, sharing the Medical Education prize with Putin, Trump, Balsonaro Erdogan, Modi and Johnson. Lukashenko's previous win was in 2013 for the Peace Prize, for making it illegal to applaud in public. He shared the prize that year with the Belarus Police State who arrested a one-armed man for applauding.
This year the Peace Prize went to Pakistani and Indian diplomats who rang each others doorbells in the middle of the night and then ran away.
The Management Prize was shared by five Chinese hitmen who subcontracted a hit to each other in succession, each taking a cut, until there was so little left, the hit never took place.
Ultimately, though, the big winner was Christopher Watkins and his team who took the Economics Prize for discovering the relationship between the amount of mouth-to-mouth kissing in a country and the degree of income inequality.
