ZW, try this:

2 to 3 pounds of pork tenderloin in a gallon ziploc bag. Dump in a small jar of your favorite salsa.  Target temp = 141 f.

That's it. 5 minutes prep time including setting up the cooker.

Also works with chicken thighs (165 f).

@Rooftop:  I'd heard that pro kitchens were horribly chauvinist.  And you're right, I wouldn't put up with that crap.  (But then, I do have a chip on my shoulder and a mouth and have been told I don't play well with others.)

Head chef material then.
