Enjoying mailbird as a simple outlook alternative, except for the lack of rules/filters (which is a planned feature.
Zoho is good too, nice interface.
Ditched outlook now, bloatware that it is.

Still got 1 pc on Outlook 2010. The limited pst file is the problem. I do have about 15 rules running on it though, so perhaps Mailbird would not be good yet?
I keep thinking I might put it on Thunderbird, except I need a day to swap it over at least.
My issue with Thunderbird is the difficulty of archiving.... you still have to do each folder separately, not all at once. Seems nuts.
Is Zoho online or a download now?

If your email provider has rules in the backend and you use IMAP that's the only way to filter in mailbird at the mo.
I used to use this when i had tbird, still works up to version 63x

Zoho online now, i'm only using it for a single email account so it's cheap.

Are you open to webmail?
I know at least one person who switched to Fastmail and says it's worth the monthly fee.
I mostly use Google Apps because I find it so much nicer than desktop apps and I like Google to have intimate knowledge of my most private affairs.

Ha :)
I prefer a desktop app, but Zoho has a good feel to it and is well-featured.

Going with paid Mailbird now, impressive.
With Outlook simple setup you type in your email address and it replies like a dullard (can'r find servers), with mailbrid it tried all variations on potential mail-server names and found mail.smallseo.co.uk, not a big ask but Outlook is programmed in VB by microsoft morons so no surprise there with the lack of imagination.
£12 for a year and multiple accounts. Zoho was $12 for a year, single account but multiple aliases.

I've been with Mailbird for months.
Outlook is a piece of $HIT

It really is, clunky, slow etc. I'm not missing it.
