I think sports that kill invasive Asian carp are going to catch on here in the US.  Indiana never used to allow bow fishing but now it is legal against Asian carp on the White and Wabash rivers. No season, no limit, just don't put them back in the water.  I'm waiting for a shotgun season to open: line up the family on the river bank with semi auto shotguns and get one of the dumber cousins to go out in a speedboat of jet ski and get the fish to jump.
