Too many to list but certainly the first ever Pubcon when Mackin came over was a classic.  Even managed a quiet meal with Mackin the night before.  Of course, I had to pretend the event was a more official 'marketing opportunity' to get there without having to take a day off for it. :D

wow, you guys not only have good memories, but you also have a good memory:)

Mine is more like: Vegas a bunch of times, New Orleans a few times, England 2X... probably somewhere else(?)... for a bunch of conferences, the names of which I probably didn't know at the time, but probably had three letters in it:)

Awesome times. I have only a few pictures from Nottingham, otherwise not much except a million hotel rooms, casinos, and bars and faces stored in my head, navigated only by a tag cloud:)

I made it to all pubcons except for the second Boston and pubcon 6.5 (London). I'm missing my first Vegas pubcon next week in favor of a vacation. Brett no officially holds the title for most pubcons by himself.

I was always jealous of the UK meetups yall pulled together. Been way to long since I've seen many of you. I should try and fix that. Many good memories. :)

That one in Hammersmith with the St Trinians birds was a good one.

last time i saw you oilman was pubcon 6.5 at the novotel where we played texas holdem all night and was still up when the hotel was getting the breakfast prepared the following morning, a great night indeed and lots of memories of that meeting
I've learned that pleasing everyone is impossible. But, pissing everyone off is a piece of cake!

Mick - I think it's been even longer. I didn't make it to 6.5 :)

re:  Leona's Wedding
That one sucked though - we drove all that way to meet with Leona, and she spent most of her time poncing round in a fancy dress talking to some other bloke - so bloody inconsiderate ;)

Lol yeh that one was a pants meet, far too many non geeks there and all that music and dancing getting in the way of important tin foil hat talk, very inconsiderate, I blame the person that organised that one! It was great you guys came, shame you couldn't come to the after party  ;), but was fantastic to have you there  :-*

I popped my seo meet cherry in Nottingham back in 2002, was it? Also a couple of Nottingham meets after
couple of London pubcons 2004 and one after and then a normal london meet I think
few Manchester meets.

Fond memories of them all (not so fond memories of the hangovers the morning after), I still laugh at some of the business ideas that came out in those meets in the wee hours, none can be repeated in an open forum! :o  To say I was normally one of the youngest there, I was never the last to go to bed! You guys are hard to keep up with :)

My first Pubcon was Orlando but the first time I met people from the forums was local in Chicago, and then when there was an SES at town Jake was speaking at it.

From there I went to a bunch of other pubcons and many SESs.

I think the last pubcon I went to was in Austin like 4 years back. I have booked New Orleans this year though, just to go.

The other things I went to were WITS - Webmasters In the Sun In Spain & San Diego (2005 & 6?)

Todd are you going to New Orleans? I have not seen you in years.

Hmmm

There seems to have been a lot of meetings in Nottingham, more than I have been invited to!

Claims to fame.

Had dogboy round my house, had Seobook sleep on my sofa.

Dogboy was a long time ago, my daughter still remembers him though, great brand :)

<added>

Oh I forgot, had littleman, mackin and family eat fish, chips and mushy peas at my house. Great days!

<added 2>
I'm not doing this again!

DaveN and toolman sleeping on beanbags in a half plastered spare room.
RC and the awesome louise spreading wonderfulness throughout Nottingham.
Catching ukgimp knocking a quick one out in the bathroom.
4eyes for breakfast.

>Nottingham

One of the nicest places in the UK. The Royal Oak was kind of disappointing, but your house and your lovely family and the dinners and treats was fabulous. We'll get you to go with us to Edinbough next time ;-)

Mind the gap.

Louise & I ate at Jestine's in Charleston a couple of weeks ago. One of my all-around favorite restaurants.  (And now has a queue even in the off season.)

Anyway, the owner came over and talked for a while. She remembered The Redneck Tour group.

I still think back on the Redneck Tour from time to time. It was awesome.
