Title: roboform?
Post by: Gurtie on November 08, 2010, 09:19:24 AM
anyone got any better recommendations for automated form filling (but with manual review and submission)?  Directories and various general crap.

I haven't used RoboForm so I can't compare, but LastPass is working pretty good for me. You can customize all sorts of form data in your profiles and use it on most any site.

I like LastPass too - don't use it for submissions though so can't advise on suitability there.

I am a roboform fan, but have recently installed lastpass.  It is a tad quicker I think.

Have you tried iopus?
http://www.iopus.com/

I used it ages ago, when I was filling lots of forms.  You can plug in the list of urls, and get it to go from one to another, as you fill in the forms. Might be simplest in conjunction with roboform if you want to see every page. Not sure of the level of automation you are looking for?

Now for some guessed ideas... .brainstorming....

otherwise, google has its own form filler, that I would guess would be fastest on Chrome, and have you seeen this plug in:
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/4775/

Not tried it.
