Title: Settle an Argument for me please

I have been having a disagreement with a mate and I was wondering if you could help settle it.

Is Eileen Kinnear wearing glasses?

(I know some of you have seen this before, but it just occured to me to ask a few more people)

These 'breaches' have not been specified however rumour is that it is something to do with the sun's rays starting small fires around the Harrow Council offices via her glasses.
