I thought I posted this a while back but I guess I didn't.  This is a great lecture about protecting your own self interest in business -- really a must-watch for contractors.

I bought and read Mike's book, which was OK, but a good pep talk.

Finally watched it. Gabe was a speaker at BADCamp and I had a chance to talk to him briefly after his talk. Nice guy.
