I wonder what the average distance is between two objects in orbit. In other words, on average, how far away from a given object is the closest object. At the small scale of that map, space is looking pretty packed.

Semi-randomly hovering, it's surprising how many hits I get on Starlink. It has become a significant percentage of the objects in the sky, for better or worse.

PS - I just noticed that in the upper left of the space map, there is an autocomplete filter. You can type in Starlink and see all (?) the orbits.
