My experience at the grocery store is that outrageously overpriced gluten-free stuff is still in plentiful supply.

But so are chips. No shortages there. It reminds me of one of my favorite Onion headlines ever, from back when it was still a print-only local newspaper in Madison: "Nation's Soft Drink Supplies Strong"
