Wait, is there a different way?

Very impressive!

Dude has some serious core strength to balance that.
related - anyone else still doing the core commit??

I've been exercising, but about two months something popped in my right forearm when I was doing heavy rows. I've been going easy since then as I'm waiting for my arm to recover.
-
Ditto. Been running and hiking, but had a bicep issue that literally kept me limited at avoiding anything that involved bending my arm under load (by "load" I mean like a 10-pound dumbell).
Been trying to run and hike and bike and shed the fat I put on during the fire evac and post-evac travel. Arm is finally feeling better and I'm finally back home and normal. Would be a good time to recommit I think.

Y'all must be getting old?

Y'all must be getting old?
The proof not being the injuries, but the fact that I actually decided to lay off until it got better.

>getting old
Maybe. I'm thinking I'm going to have to modify my workout routine. I've been getting injured a lot in the last few years. My muscles are too strong for my ligaments and joints.

>core commit
Hush! STFU! Doing almost nothing these days, but promising myself each and every day that tomorrow I get back in the fight... then Call of Duty WWII on the Xbox says my name..
-
I typically injure myself within 6 months. I get stronger and ramp up too quickly. Personal training has helped me not do this. I think I've shaved 10 years off my physical ability in the last 9 months.
Still in it to win it, if anyone wants to recommit.
