Years ago I found some negatives in a fleamarket. I scanned them and put them online. I then found some of the spots in the photos and took pictures there.

It's one of my favorite cities. It's also the most convenient I've found (so far) as an air hub.  And I've been lucky enough to have some great friends there, too.

Some day I need to go there.  Amazing photos, the contrasts are striking.

As Jason said, we had a fluke meeting there when I was spending a few days with friends.

Its one of my favourite cities too - It should really be on the list for possible meetings.

I'm in. hhh.

We had a small meet-up there a couple of years back. It would work extremely well for a large meeting.

Some of those are a bit creepy. I've only been to Amsterdam once, but thanks to the Core membership I was well looked after. ;-) I hope to make it back again before long.

Amsterdam is great - been a lot of times both with some of the guys here and on a vacation or two. Great city.

Sadly, there are very few places in the Unites States where you can do this.  We have quite the culture of tearing things down and starting over...
