Bought a 3D printer in 2018, printed little stuff fine out of the box, but anything large wouldn't stick (even with the heated bed). I fought with it for months but had no joy with large prints so didnt touch it again until a couple of months ago, they are great fun!
I've made mobile phone stands, knobs for drawers, tripod adapters for my night vision tube, fancy chess pieces, lens adapters, lens caps, statues of Isis ...
I bought another one so that i can make some side money out of the tech.

Neat!
All about finding small bits of plastic that keep breaking I guess.... and so there is a demand, or shapes that are not currently available.
Can you get ideas from the professionals?

Raspberry PI boxes?
Thanks for that link, i've only been on thingiverse and similar sites.
Yes Pi boxes, though they are mostly laser-cut, i was looking at project boxes too, for electronics project, but not enough search volume.
Printed this lovely chess piece from thingiverse :

Things often have a rough-looking surface but you can put them in an acetone vapour bath that smoothes them :
