A good article:
New study links Christian nationalism to going maskless and neglecting to social distance amid the COVID-19 pandemic (https://www.psypost.org/2020/07/new-study-links-christian-nationalism-to-going-maskless-and-neglecting-to-social-distance-amid-the-covid-19-pandemic-57514)

I started to add "& Churches" to that Sports & Tourism thread after seeing 4 or 5 articles about church revivals being the source of new CV hotspots.

I see so many Christian friends of mine who I love dearly posting all sorts of "Mah Rights!!!" stuff, anti-mask stuff, America's Frontline Doctors stuff, etc. Makes me ill when I think too much about it.

This isn't the time people, this isn't the time...

Our church has been meeting in person again. It is a 1000 seat auditorium and we are only having 200 people at a time. Plenty of space, everyone without a microphone must wear a mask while they are on the campus, even outside, and the building gets sanitized between services. No children's programs, no nursery, and no hanging around in the foyer talking. Seems like they are doing it about as safe as can be and so far I haven't heard of anyone who has come testing positive. It wouldn't surprise me if the Governor here closes churches again in the next couple weeks but I haven't heard of any church related outbreaks here in the past few weeks.
