FexEx was 34% over network capacity yesterday. And that will probably get worse over the next couple weeks. Don't order anything after the 15th and expect it to arrive on time unless you pay a premium for expedited shipping. And even then don't hold your breath. It will probably be OK but if it REALLY needs to get there order it now.

Just got word that FedEx and UPS have been tapped to move huge amounts of vaccines so they are capping all merchants at their current contracted express volume. Basically once it gets to the last week before Christmas merchants won't have the same ability to get expedited (next day, 2 day, etc) shipments out on time.

Get your shopping done this week.

Just saw some pictures from one of our warehouses. Pallets and pallets and pallets of boxes all ready to go but no trucks to pick them up. We got shorted on our allotment of trailers for the past couple days so things are just piling up.
