There are sellers out of China that churn and burn through accounts the way we use to make doorway pages.

Yeah, I was just chuckling about that yesterday over some cheap electronics I've bought in the past.  They offer fantastic warranties then fold the account before anyone can make a claim.  The identical item is then offered by a 'new' seller.
