I gotta remember this line:
"Value creation via disruption is as much a function of the incumbents as the disruptor."
I would argue that it is MORE attributable to the incumbents than the disruptor. As we've mentioned so many times, individuals and companies stick with what they know until it dies ...or is killed, rather than respond.
