Are you getting these as emails?
I have not gotten an email like those in years. Yes, I have submitted to letting Google read my every communication, but in my experience, email spam is a solved problem. Even my Yahoo! account, which used to be horrible is not largely spam-free. I get a few right-wing political emails, but that is because I am subscribed to my local politicians' newsletters and they range from Reagan conservative to MAGA, so my newsletter profile is quite right-wing.
And even Outlook... in 2011, I had an Outlook account at work during my ranger stint and it was unusable due to spam. By 2016 when I get another Outlook account, it was pretty much spam free.
I think I posted an article some years back about how email spam was "solved". I thought all these people had switched to phone and social media.
Yeah, mine is email. Most of my email addresses seem to be sourced from domain registration, where I have 10-12 domains on whois.
G mail filters them into spam folder but I read a few once in a while.
