That was the question my wife asked when I shared the info from the original post.

"Considered leaving" is different from "stopped using" though. I bet a lot of people who stopped using didn't consider leaving, they just left. And a lot of people who considered leaving chose not to leave in the end. Still, if I'm FB, 45% of users considering leaving would be petrifying.
