Thanks... there's a lot to digest there.

One thing it doesn't seem to address is the offsets, for example reducing air pollution reduces medical costs and increases crop yields. So some of the costs are offset not just in the very long term with respect to climate, but also in the very short term with respect to air pollution (as one example).
