Just anecdotal, but I've noticed that people seem to be spending less today than usual. How about your results? I've noticed this before, when there is bad economic news people spend less on the day it comes out, even if it doesn't directly affect them.
I don't check stats until the next day, for the previous full day so I'll let you know tomorrow.
