Meanwhile, I'm sure many people here are constantly getting the Google Ads emails saying the government is trying to destroy small businesses and we need to write to our legislators ASAP to protect our right to track customers and share all that data with Google because, you know, it's the right thing to do.

That's what most of these cases are about, right? Things like remarketing lists and so forth ?

yes, except with personal health info there's a little thing called HIPAA being ignored.
