Alzheimer's has the worst ratio in medicine for shots on goal vs points scored. So many shots, so few scores. But lately, things seem to be actually moving in AD research. It might still be too late for a lot of us here, but I would say that AD for people under 40 will be somewhere between prostate cancer and polio for people my age (60).
