One of the biggest mistakes of the internet age was making it free to send email and making it almost instantaneous. When I'm King of the World, emails cost have a cost structure* and will be held in a queue for two hours before being forwarded on.

*My proposed cost structure would be something like this:
$0.02 for the first recipient
$0.04 for everyone who is added, CCed or BCCed. In my ideal world, CCs and BCCs would cost extra, but then people would just put everyone as recipients.
