Scamming seniors out of money they need to live ... should that be life without parole?

Similar to the comment by Robert Reich that Heather posted regarding Tik Tok, I don't know whether the penalty should be life without parole, but it should be severe and it should apply to the man in question who damaged the finances of hundreds of seniors, but it should also apply to executives at Wells Fargo who damaged the lives of tens of thousands of people.

As Woody said

Yes, as through this world I've wandered
I've seen lots of funny men;
Some will rob you with a six-gun,
And some with a fountain pen.
