The standard-issue 0 degree nozzles have an orifice in the 2 to 2.25mm range. To get a fine needlepoint stream the .977 was the smallest I found.
I assembled it today and tested it in a 300# handheld (low-ish) pressure washer I've modified to use standard pressure washer nozzles. Worked as expected. Solid, sharp stream, no misting.
