Title: Roll Your Own: Pressure Washer Nozzles
Post by: rcjordan on March 14, 2025, 07:03:19 PM
I wanted a 0 Degree, Super-fine, quick-change pressure washer nozzle. Just about everything on Amz was standard issue.  I have some decades-old tips from my 1st 4000# PW that were 2-part, so I went deep...

The standard-issue 0 degree nozzles have an orifice in the 2 to 2.25mm range.  To get a fine needlepoint stream the .977 was the smallest I found.

I assembled it today and tested it in a 300# handheld (low-ish) pressure washer I've modified to use standard pressure washer nozzles.  Worked as expected. Solid, sharp stream, no misting.
