Title: People find AI more compassionate & understanding vs human mental health experts

Study: Even when participants knew that they were talking to a human or AI, the third-party assessors rated AI responses higher.

related: For the recent medical research, I set the 'voice' & 'brand' on 1min.ai to 'instructional' & 'authoritative.'  I did notice that the quality, tone, and timbre of the paragraphs were well done, very smooth.

Have you built your own brand voice? I tried to play with it with mediocre results

I didn't spend any time playing with it and don't recall much that I did. I wasn't concerned about generating content for public consumption.  Everything I say is Authoritative, hhh, so that sounded good.

I will say the Authoritative/Informative combo seems to generate output along those lines without being terse or clipped. Then again, medical research is the only text I've done with it and it may already lean in that direction because of its nature.
