Debbie says there's been another resurgence in consumer 3d printing alond with steady growth in commercial printers and contract printing of designs made by others.  Over the past 2 years there have been machines sold that are "toaster grade" ...pull them out of the box, put them on the desk, load filament, & print.  (a.k.a. Appliance Grade)  And some of the best ones are fast and cheap, breaking the 'pick two' problem. Example:
